Have an online video consultation with an experienced medical doctor in the comfort of your home or office, receive professional medical advice and evaluation, obtain your medical certificate electronically and have your medications delivered within 4 hours or choose to pick it up yourself!

What can Teleconsultation be used for?

Teleconsultation can be used for a range of conditions or situations similar to face-to-face consultation, such as:

  • acute, non-urgent, medical conditions like upper respiratory tract infections, tension headache, diarrhea, musculoskeletal pain, menstrual cramps, gout etc
  • chronic medical conditions for review and repeat prescriptions
  • sexual health consultations for STDs / STIs, advice on risky exposures and STD screening, HIV PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis)
  • men’s health consultations for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and hair loss
  • women’s health consultations for emergency contraception (morning-after pill), regular birth control contraception, abnormal vaginal discharge, yeast infections, urinary tract infections
  • review of test results and follow up management
  • purchase of Crystal Tomato products (Teleconsult fees waived!)

TeleConsultation Fees:

Heartvoice – Free to use

Per TeleConsultation session – $32.10 (inclusive GST)

Medications – As charged

Delivery – standard delivery within 4 hours ($5), express delivery within 1 hour ($20) or self pick-up whenever convenient 

Online payment to be made after completion of consultation

Medical Certificates will be sent via WhatsApp

Medication will be delivered/can be collected only after payment has been made
