Cessation of MPOX Vaccination

We regret to inform you that with immediate effect from 23 August 2024, all participating clinics in the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Vaccination Program for Mpox Virus will cease to provide the JYNNEOS vaccine for new vaccinees.

It is part of MOH’s review of the response strategy and contingency measures for Singapore, including the prioritisation for use of vaccines.

MOH will continue to provide post-exposure prophylaxis for close contacts of confirmed cases as per the current policy.
